This library constitutes Slow's official Policy & Compliance Framework — the authoritative reference for how we govern, operationalise and account for our environmental, social, human rights, supply chain, occupational health, and ethical commitments.

The framework is organised into thematic sections, each comprising one or more formal policies supported by a set of internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guidelines, and forms. These operational documents provide the detailed instructions, responsibilities, and record-keeping requirements necessary to execute each policy in practice — including the proper registration and handling of grievances, incidents, non-conformances, and other compliance-relevant events.

This edition represents a significant development of our policy architecture, reflecting twelve months of structured review, alignment with leading international standards, and strengthened governance across all material impact areas. The full and updated Policy Framework enters into force on 1 June 2026. On this date, all policy documents listed below will be published in full and accessible via direct link from this library.

Until that date, references to legacy policies remain valid for operational purposes. Please note that retired policies do not follow the current structure or numbering convention and should be read in the context of the framework in place at the time of their issuance.
