We craft our chocolate with cacao grown by smallholder farmers in Indonesia who practice agroforestry. This means caring for the local rainforest and their incredible biodiversity, alongside the trees that produce our delicious cacao.

Our coffee is consistently rated above 80 points on the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) scale. We offer four distinct flavours to please any palate. The balanced acidity makes for a delicious and refreshing cup of coffee that will make you smile, even after the toughest meeting.

As fresh as it gets

New coffees, shipped fresh, arrive at your door every month or when you want them. Just sip, relax and enjoy!

Growing

Our farmers carefully harvest coffee cherries from their small farms. They then wet-process the cherries in micro-wet mills, preserving the natural flavors of our coffee. The dried coffee is then stored in cocoons located near their homes, where it is protected from the elements and pests.

Processing

Farmers bring parchment coffee lots from their farms to a central dry mill at harvest, maintaining micro lot identity for traceability. This ensures that our customers can enjoy the delicious and authentic taste of coffee from a specific region.

Roasting

Slow farmers' coffee is roasted in Loring machines, traced back to its origin in Laos, and roasted to perfection by our roast master, Michael De Renouard, one of the leading specialty coffee experts in the world. We are proud to export this delicious and nature-positive coffee to Denmark, Finland and other countries around the world, where it is enjoyed by our customers.
